Also, when you go through Lafayette, La. you ought to make a detour and visit Avery Island (Near New Iberia--where your favorite female cousin--ok, Kev, your only female cousin--was born) Avery island is home to McIlhenny--the only place in the world where Tabasco Sauce is made. You can smell the peppers even before you go in the plant. Laisse les bons temps rouler.
PS. If you hit Cecilia around lunchtime try Robins (pronounced Ro-Bans) for lunch if is is still there. David and I used to love their frog legs.
